Experience
I've been working in IT since 2001, when I started work at an engineering firm where part of my job was to provide a first point of call for any IT problems that arose.
In 2004, I joined simulation technology specialists Applied Computing & Engineering as a Computer Systems Engineer, where I design, build, maintain and support High Performance Computing Clusters, which are used to simulate and test everything from cars & planes to power plants & buildings.
After three years I left Applied Computing and moved to Image Development Technology, where I’m a Senior Systems Consultant and part of a team providing complete ICT solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.
I've worked with a wide range of different hardware and software, including lots of different versions of the three main operating systems - Windows, Linux & Unix - including Windows Vista.
